I recently built a custom desktop pc for me self for whats in the above title, I quickly found out that while gaming it does fine on max settings i.e Far Cry 3 no AA enabled or v-sync 30-50 FPS Diablo 3 AA enabled no v-sync 30-60 FPS. The FPS for Far Cry 3 is the same in multiplayer. I planned on recording/streaming on this pc but quickly found out the pc can handle xSplit screen region streaming/recording I use fraps as well with those running games FPS drop, Far Cry 3 5-30 Diablo 3 10-25.

System Specs
CPU-AMD FX-4100 stock clock 3.6Ghz
RAM-G.Skill RipJaw 1600 8GB
GPU-Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edtion 1GB
PSU-RoseWill 600W
HDD-WD 1TB 7200 RPM

So did you read all that and facepalm because I did after I tried doing what I had planned now I need to upgrade my opinion I think I need to upgrade CPU GPU and PSU in the end I want to stick with AMD so I was thinking FX-8350 GPU and PSU I am open for suggestions.

Also does xsplit game capture really help with less cpu consumption I don't want to pay for a premium licence to find out no.
