Hey there guys, I've just recently built a computer for my little brother. Everything went well apart from his keyboards keep on cutting out and deciding not to work. The two keyboards were Asda. Basic Wired Keyboard HK2026, and a Advent C112.

I've looked on troubleshooting websites and tried the Advent website to check what was wrong but I couldn't find the problem. I've tried using the keyboards on my own PC and they do work fine. Also I've tried plugging the keyboards into other USB slots on my brother's computer to see if it was the slot that was broken, and tried my keyboard/mouse in his USB slot which he normally uses his keyboard in as well. (Sorry if this paragraph seems like a mess.)

I've come to the conclusion that it's either the motherboard or some driver problem but I can't seem to find any drivers needed.

The motherboard that's being used is a Gigabyte H61M-S2PV so if there is any help you lot of lovely gentlemen could provide me with I'd be grateful.

Cheers you lot,

Peter.
