My desktop is connected to the internet, I've tried everything I can think of, but when I try to pull up Chrome or Internet Explorer (my only two browsers that are installed on my desktop), Chrome immediately crashes and IE just closes as soon as I try to open it. I try to restart Chrome and the same message keeps popping up; "Oops! Google Chrome crashed. Relaunch now?". Please help!!

I would probably run some virus scans, I had a bad virus that did something similar, took a couple reinstalls to get it all cleared up.
