So I know there is a whole forum on PSU's and everything but, from what it looks like my set-up should but okay. I just want some more experienced opinions on it.

Even overclocking that is a good cooler to get. I use one myself on my 3570k. I would probably go with a similar performing HD 7970 and get the 4 free games.

I have a mixture of both at home, myself. I mainly mentioned it because of the 4 free games, since the performance is so close that it is a non issue. That is a big value.
