Couple year old Gaming computer, Potential Upgrades

I've had my desktop for a couple years now, it's the second PC I've built myself, but for some reason I'm hesitant to try upgrading without getting some outside opinions. I feel like it could benefit from at least a graphics card upgrade at this point and possibly a little more ram (an SSD would be great too, but I'm not looking at doing that right now). So, would just upgrading to an Nvidia 600 or 700 series graphics card plus another 2gb or so of ram be a worthwhile move? I'd probably go for a 600 since I'm wanting to spend around $200-250. Are 700 cards going to drop in price in the near future, should I wait?

EVGA X58 LE Edition SLI
i7 930 2.8 Quad Core (overclocked to 3.8)
Coolermaster V6 Single 120mm Fan Performance Cooler
6GB DDR3 1600MHz
750W Power Supply
500GB Western Digital 16MB Cache 7200RPM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB

It depends on the games you are playing. If you play games like Metro they are very graphics heavy and a better video card will help.
If you playing Planet Side 2 that game is very CPU heavy and a new CPU will help.

I would not add ram. Your X58 is probably running that 6gbs in tri-channel. Adding 2 gbs of ram will disable tri channel and make the ram slower. Very few games or apps can use more than 4gbs of ram anyway.

If I were you I would get a new GPU like a HD7950 or a GTX660TI or a GTX670 or even a GTX770. A new video card would get you the best performance upgrade in the widest selection of games.

Thanks for the advice, especially the bit about the ram seeing as I don't know enough about motherboards. I'll will continue looking into getting a new video card.
