How to overclock radeon hd 7750 low prof?

Hi can anyone give me steps on how to overclock this gpu? His I cooler radeon hd 7750? I am new to overclocking so be nice :)
Psu is 500w. I also have a fx-6300, wd caviar blue 500 Gb, biostar a960+. I'm just trying to get the most out of my card. Doesnt have to be major overclock but I just want the most I can get. Thanks

I prefer MSI Afterburner vs AMD's Catalyst. Smaller footprint and offers more control. Yes you can damage the GPU if you get carried away with the settings. Start with small increase and slowly workup untill you have stability issues, then back it down a notch and you're GTG.
