Computer constantly freezes during gameplay!

Hello,
My computer has been freezing during gameplay and i cant seem to figure out why. It just happens out of nowhere and i have to Ctrl+Alt+delete to unfreeze it then it works fine again. Games it happens to is Defiance, Borderlands 2 and a big one is Shift 2. I updated all my drivers, direct X and my Bio's. I cant figure out why this is happening. I'm using a Gtx 680.

Well the hardware isn't the problem spec wise. So it's either faulty hardware or faulty software.

You can try running memtest 86 for many hours. That will test the RAM. There's other tests too.

Nope,
Im barely running anything in the background. Mainly Steam, Teamspeak, And Afterburner Msi. I did a burn in test for 5 minutes and here is the Pc specs for that run. Also my pc ran a little hotter than normal. My air turned off last night so my house is around 15 degrees warmer than normal.
