will the look of the g.card and its brand make a big effect on each other...the brands im with is msi and gigabyte and twinfro

Quality-wise, MSI and Gigabyte are good manufacturers so you can buy from either with confidence. The only real differences between these and other major GPU brands is their coolers; Some designs keep temps down better than others, and Gigabyte is one of the best in this department at the moment. Also, some companies will factory-overclock their cards, making them slightly faster than competitors'. If you're not willing to overclock yourself, that's worth considering.
