Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H VS Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC

Solution
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H might not get your 4770k to 4.5ghz, while Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC will. GA-Z87X-OC has much better power design, tons of buttons specified for OC only, plus 4 pci-e 3.0 x16 slots in case you want to go extreme with a quadSLI/quad xfire setup.

Thanks
but what do you mean by buttons
will i need need to configure something in the motherboard itself ?

The buttons on the right of its RAM slot. They are made for manual OC-ing without the need of Windows. You might not need to adjust things in its BIOS to OC, just use Gigabyte's Easytune program to OC if you don't want things to be complicated.
