Hi I just built a new pc with a i7 4770k Msi z87 gd65 mobo gtx 780 graphics card 8gb vengeance ram and corsair cx750m power supply in a haf xm. Now whenever I run 3d mark my psu starts whining like crazy on the first test then slowly stops as the tests progress I have sourced it to the psu and its defiantly not the graphics card or motherboard so I was wondering if this was normal or not?
also when i just browse on my pc its near silent its only when i put load on my graphics card

Defective product. RMA the Power Supply before it explodes

you load gpu, gpu loads psu.
psu runs with higher current.
higher current produces more heat.
more heat > more need for cooling > faster fans!

its normal that your psu fan runs higher when loaded. check if your gpu is also altering itself while processing the benchmark. maybe it is actually not loaded afterwards then alters the power needs so your psu alters the output too. then the fans get slower...
