Depends on the manufacturer. The new Corsair Obsidian 350D is an awesome m-atx case, full of quality, but its a bit pricy.
Another good m-atx case is the NZXT Vulcan, looks awesome decent quality.
Other than that, you CM Storm Scout is a good choice too
