I decided to upgrade the graphics card on my Dell XPS 8300 that came with a GT 420. My budget is around 225 dollars and I've been looking at the GTX 660 by Gigabyte. Are there any other choices in card or brand that would be better? The PSU is the 460W one that came with the computer.

A GTX 660 by Gigabyte would be a good buy, the only other thing I would consider is getting a factory overclocked card such as this EVGA one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130833 just because it will run better out of the box.
