Is my video card compatible with my new motherboard?Help!

When i put in video card, my computer just turns on fans and shows black screen.
Motherboard is ASROCK G41C-GS
Video card is Nvidia Geforce 7300GT

Your motherboard has built in video. Plug into onboard video and restart computer. Hit your delete key to bring up the Bios. Look in the advanced tab and change your video source to PCIe. Save you settings and restart. Plug into video card and see if you get a picture.

Ok, but i dont know exactly where to press after advanced tab, please tell me further instructions.
