Are these heat pipes damaged (CM Hyper 212 Evo)

I've bought a CM Hyper 212 Evo cooler. While the pipes near the bottom of the cooler looks normal, they are sort of crushed at their end (2 of 4 on each side).
Here are the pics:



Could you please tell me whether it's normal or not? I checked pictures on the CM website and they have nice/round pipes. Should I return the cooler?

Thanks for your advice! I've sent email to CM customer support but it seems like they do not rush to answer it :)

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just noticed the exact same thing on mine, and exactly the same heat pipes (the outer four). I swear these were NOT crimped or dented when I installed it. Could heat have crimped the ends somehow? Maybe this is a way to tell whether a heatsink has been used before?
