So Im planning on building a new system, I'm not sure, Should I go 2x Titan and SLI it (Some people are saying this is over kill) or Should I save some money and simply go for 2x GTX 780?
The CPU is going to be a 4770K Haswell (LGA 1150), watercooled with a Corsair H100i, and the Motherboard. I have pre-order an Asus VI (6) Maximus Extreme with 32GB of Ram and 1.2k Corsair 1200i PSU. Looking forward for some answers
Thanks

Quite honestly that is not completely true. Depending on the card and game the Titans and 780s are back and forth in which one performs better. From most of the benchmarks the 780s are just barely behind the titans, making the 780 best value for money. Also the reference designs for the two cards have virtually identical cooling solutions. What it comes down to really is price and design preference. Personally I would get the EVGA GTX 780 with the ACX cooler.

The Titan and the GTX 780 both use the exact same GK110 processor, albeit with slightly different board designs and VRAM clock speeds. So they'll both last about the same amount of time.
