What happened that they stopped working?
Was it dropped?
Liquid spilled onto the keyboard?
Left in the sun etc?
Did you take the laptop apart for any reason?
About the only thing you can do is blow it out with canned air, if that doesn't work you can replace the keyboard. You can also use a usb keyboard.

If you DID drop it or take the laptop apart, the ribbon cable for the keyboard may have been knocked loose. Worst comes to worst, check that before replacing.
