what gpu would work good for it
Well, that system has a 300W PSU so you're really limited to the lower power gpus...
the lowest level gpu for gaming i'd ever buy would be a GTX 650 or a HD 7750, the performance dropoff on the lower number cards is too great to call them "gamer" cards. With the HD 7770 now going for less then $100 i'd call that of the the best deals you can get for a gaming capable gpu, and should match your system pretty well. If you can scratch together a few more bucks you could go with a 7790 at $130
I'm hesitant to suggest anything more then the 7790... because of your small no name and questionable 300W psu... with a psu that small and unknown, suggesting you put a gpu with a higher TDP then 100W is almost impossible.

660ti or 670
also, you claim to have 10 gb of ram. Thats an odd number; DDR3 should be used in pairs to achieve dual channel
He has a HP Pavilion HPE h8-1234 (thank you google), that is all part of the questionable package that HP threw together. He also has a no name 300W psu... so i think those gpus are out.
