Power Supply May Need Replacing Help!

Good afternoon all.

Currently I am using a EZcool 800W powersupply (note: which was designed for 775 intel socket) that I got second hand a few years ago when I was building my current rig(on tight budget).

MY current specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
MOBO: ASUS M4A78LT-M
RAM: 8GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia EVGA GTX 460v2 1GB memory
HDD1: OCZ SSD
HDD2: Seagate Sata 2
DVD DRIVE:
OS: MS Win7 Pro SP1 (64 bit)

I was just checking my temps and voltages after my pc randomly shut off when browsing the internet this morning with no warning(s). Which has caused me to investigate if there is any issues.

Using the CPUID Hw Monitor software I found that the -12v was only outputting -6volts . Here is a snippet from a screen shot: http://oi44.tinypic.com/2nslv6v.jpg

Im not sure i am over re-acting but if I do need to get a new PSU could anyone make any recommendations?.

I would be looking for a 600w -650W modulated PSU which will be used in this case(when I get it end of this month :)); http://www.corsair.com/us/pc-cases/carbide-series-pc-case/carbide-series-air-540-high-airflow-atx-cube-case.html
