I have already reinstalled Microsoft Office 2010 and the same problem occurs.

I have also started Outlook in safe mode and again, outlook still crashes when a reminder pops up.

Could somebody please tell me what is the problem and what should I do? Maybe there is a simple modification which I should perform to avoid this problem?

Thanks for reading

Regards
Jean Luc

I believe msadp32.acm is a codec. Did you notice the issue start happening after you installed some other software or a codec package? Update?

Thanks for your reply. I did not install anything before I encountered this problem. Also, I do not remember having done any updates. :(
