Strongvault uninstall problem

I spent two hours deleting registry entries from the registry, the finder cannot find any more references to StrongVault. Now, every time the computer boots, I get a MS installer message trying to re-install this program.

I've tried the MS uninstaller and startup options (it's not listed in msconfig/startup), there is two files "no name" that appears to be StrongVault but MSfixit can't uninstall nor delete these files. The program files have all been deleted and the extension that's mentioned when the MS installer launches. I've gone through the registry several times and no traces are found. Man what a pain, don't ever allow this program on your computer. By the way, I love the MS Autoruns app, very nice!
