basicly cuz its cheaper... at 900 bucks this builds already pushing my budget a bit tbh

Thanks im either going with this build here or a very similar amd build just not sure which one yet tbh... i kinda want the amd but i keep hearing how good the 3570k is so i wanted to make a build for it too i plan to buy within the next day or so

Stick with the 3570k, right now it is probably the best gaming CPU, the GPU is probably more personal preference between AMD and NVidia for most tiers at this point (well, except for the half your budget range ;)).

Ideally I guess you would go for the 4670k and a new socket MOBO, because you won't be able to upgrade any further in a z77 MOBO, but it is still a great chip and should last you a while.

idk how true it is but iv read on other forums that leaked infor from intel says haswell 1150 is a dead socket too.... they say the next line "skyline" is going to be a new chipset thats another reason iv been considering amd more upgradability

i can only afford the 3570k tho the 4670k is too much the 3570k is having me on a tight budget anyhow i only have 1200 for everything including a monitor 1 game i wana buy internet security and mouse and keybored
