Avast and Malwarebytes scans please, just to be sure. Also, does this happen with other Browsers? Or just Chrome?
I don't think think this could be a problem, but try running defraggler, could possibly solve some problems.

Forgot to add, your computer could also be too hot while running, that can cause a computer to shut down. It can also be the power settings, take a look inside of your control panel to see if it has a shutdown time etc.
