CrossFire 6970s or 7950

I have a gigabyte 6970 and was thinking about getting a second one in about a month or 2...but then I see that the 7950 has been coming down in price so should i buy a second 6970 and crossfire or sell the one I have now and get a 7950?

Sell and move up. One fast card beats two slower ones.

no two 6970s will be way faster then even a single 7970 although it wiill limit your expansion options

Yeah 2 6970s are pretty solid. They don't suffer microstuttering either as far as I'm aware.

I thinking the 6970s just because 1. I already have one and 2. because of how cheap it is to get a second one right now. Also I have the power supply to handle it and I dont really play higher than 1080x 1920 so I couldnt imagine needing a 7950 and definitely not needing 2 of those.

well i just want to get a second 6970 now just for the future...with some of the trailers ive seen lately it looks like I should get a second 6970 while i still can
