Good CPU Cooling Fan AM3+

Hey, is there a good CPU Fan for AM3+ That is under 30 dollars? I know there is, but I need one that uses the default back plate. So do you guys know any fan that could get me to 4.5 (Maybe 4.8) Ghz that uses the default back plate? Thanks!
