I accidentally changed the default program for all my games to Java and I can't fix it?

Basically I wanted to open Minecraft with 32bit Java because the scren recorder I use does not support 64bit Java and that's what my pc runs Minecraft with by default, but I accidentally kept the box checked which now trys to open all my games with 32bit Java and that doesn't work. Any help will be much, much appreciated!

'Can you use system restore to go back to before you made the change?
Go to control panel/system/select system protection, system restore' I've tried this but I hadn't installed anything recently enough to set it back
