Hello I've just got my GTX590 and the performance was really dissapointing compared to my GTX560ti which almost outperforms the 590. The 560 only got like 5 frames lower on all games which is kinda shocking in my opinion, I'm wondering if the problem is my PSU.

Gtx 590 (stock)
AMD 1090t (stock)
CX 600W PSU <------- Maybe the problem?
8gb DDR3 1333Mhz

Yeah I've installed the 320.18 drivers from Nvidia's website.

Download a program called GPU-Z and make sure that your 590 is running at the specs that it should be. Then diagnose from there.

The GPU idles around 40-50C temp.

Multi-GPU is enable. (I suppose thats SLI)
I've installed the 314.22 drivers and GPU-Z looks fine, nothing wrong with the specs it shows.
The GPU usage seems to never go over 50% while gaming.

Having around 20-25 fps in World of Warcraft on Ultra with multisampling on 1 in a crowded area and 55-65 in environment where there's no players.
Arma II runs about 25-50 fps in Very high

Did you read my post about it potentially being a CPU bottleneck, not GPU?

In that case, it shouldn't be a matter of bottlenecking...
