Help with driver installation

I'm building my first computer and I was just wondering if it would be ok to install an antivirus via flash drive, and then download the drivers via the internet, and whats this flash bios that i'm hearing about, I hope I don't need to do that.

1- download all the latest motherboard drivers from the manufacturers website, including chipset drivers
2- install OS clean on a unpartitioned drive
3- install all motherboard drivers
4- run windows update multiple times, rebooting when necessary

A USB stick, or even a digital camera or iDevice can act as storage when connected to a computer

Audio, chipset, LAN, Marvell and Intel RST drivers

Then check device manager for issues

what about the vga driver? also, i dont have the computer now, im just installing the drivers beforehand onto a flash drive.
