I recently bought an H100i to cool my CPU. I want to watercool my gpu also, but I'm not sure exactly what I need to do. I found these two parts for it, but I'm not sure if I need a separate pump. Here are the parts: http://www.swiftech.com/mcw82vgawaterblock.aspx

What else do I need to cool my XFX 7950 Double-D? Thanks in advance.

Nope.
You could mod it to accept standard sized barbs (would be small, something like 1/4") and then incorporate it into the loop, but I advise you dont. The Hydro series tend to have radiators made of Aluminium, which is a metal you do not want in your water-loop.
And anyway, a slim 240mm like the H100i is nowhere near enough for a CPU and GPU.

If you get sucked into the fascinating world of watercooling, you might not realize at first how much money you're spending so be careful. I'm speaking from experience since I just finished building my custom loop and all of the parts combined cost about $1,200. Yes, only the watercooling parts :p

Watercooling your GPU is a good idea if you want lower temperatures and noise levels.

Just remember to research well and take your time :)

Also if you decide to build a custom loop, post a build log on the forums and update us with pictures and information on your rig!
