just wondering if the i7 Processors are the most Powerful Available right now?
What Brand Computers are Overclockable/Not Locked?

Is building a Computer Really just Putting a Motherboard in a Case,Attaching a Hard Drive, and Power supply? As long as the Motherboard fits in the Case it will work right? it really is just a choose your options fit in the case type of deal right?

Are Laptops even the ones made today in 2013 Designed to be Overclockable?

If i replace the (T5500 1.66Ghz Core 2 Duo 479mpga) in my Dell Latitude D520 with lets say a( 2.0Ghz,2.5Ghz,2.8Ghz or 3.0Ghz Core 2 Duo Processor ) would the factory Fan be enough or would i need a better fan?

Can anyone recommend a Website to Build your own Computer Best Prices,Options, shipping etc?

My Current Machines Desktop Dell Vostro 200 Mini Tower E2200 2.2Ghz Core 2 Duo 4GB Ram DDR2. Laptop Dell Latitude D520 T5500 1.66Ghz Core 2 Duo 4GB Ram DDR2.

My needs i pretty much everyday Multitask Adobe Photoshop,Burn a DVD,Surf the Net,Upload a Video to Youtube and Edit Video, Literally all the same time i am not joking.

The Reason i ask about Building is because i am thinking maybe i could just toss out the Foxconn Factory G33M02 Motherboard that is inside the Vostro for a New Motherboard which one is the problem????? Obviously something that accepts the Most Powerful Processor Today? I think the hard drive in my Vostro is IDE (the old Hard Drive type) which i believe the Current Hard Drive Type is Sata right? no biggie on getting a new Hard Drive.
Just wondering if it would be as easy as just as getting a new Motherboad,i7 Chip and Hard Drive maybe even save some money (instead of buying a Current 2013 Machine)?????? Also looking for a Overclockable/Unlocked Laptop what brand/Model and the most Powerful I prefer the thinnest Red is my Color????????

The i7 with the K are the Overclockable Chips right?

I Appreciate those of you helpful gents.

You have a lot of questions so I recommend really watching videos on building systems.

On top of getting a motherboard, you'll have to make sure it's compatible with a CPU socket type. An AMD FX has an AM3+ socket, AMD APU's have FM2, Intel sockets range from LGA 2011 to LGA 1155/1150, etc.. So in some cases, some sockets are backward compatible while many aren't and only support certain CPU types. Also, you have to make sure your RAM is compatible. Older motherboards use DDR2 memory while the current standard is DDR3. DDR3 ram only works with DDR3 ram slots and same for DDR2.

In terms of laptops, they are really not upgradable, usually poor performing for games, stock fans are very difficult to get on and off, CPU's aren't really meant to be upgraded, GPU's are soldered on, etc.. So if you're looking to upgrade an older system, I suggest you put money into just getting a new one. Otherwise, you just spent money on outdated parts.
