Which RAM is Compatible for my Asus P8B75-M LX PLUS motherboard with Intel core i3 3210. I have no graphic card right now.

I have 2 options:

Also,what is the difference between Test and Specified memory frequency?

Get the Transcend bar. Cas 8 gives you a bit better performance than cas 11.

As for frequency, DDR means "Double data rate", meaning a 800mhz clock speed ddr bar will run at 800*2 = 1600mhz during normal use.
