These are my current specs. I'm planning to upgrade my processor to an i5-4670K and I've found a bundle for the processor that includes a variety of motherboards with the processor.

Here is the link to the site. If you take a look at the 2nd processor you can see the budles. Can anyone tell me which motherboard I should get that is the performance to cost ratio? Also, can my current PSU power the whole thing? I'm only using this rig for gaming.

Solution
Performance to cost ratio depends on your purpose with your upgraded rig. If you don't have the desire to OC and/or don't want to setup SLI/xfire in the future then the MSI G41 one would do, but if you do want to OC, get at least Asrock Z87 E4.

As for the PSU : yes, your current PSU can handle a 4670k well.
