A few months ago i did a new build. Everything was fine the first time i booted up, but then when i installed the video drivers for my radeon 6750 it took about 30 seconds to get past the bios screen to the windows loading screeen.

At first i tought it was just to do the with the old video card, but recently i bought a new video card (PowerColor HD 7870 2 GB MYST Edition), installed it, booted up for first time, everything was fine again until i installed the drivers for the new card. Then it went back o slow boot again.

I know its not a huge problem but its just a pain in the *** having to wait so long everytime i restart or power up.

The only thing that i can think that might help would be a bios upgrade.

Could someone please help. Thanks

Thanks for the answers.

I tried doing a registry clean with ccleaner but still didnt resolve the problem.
I think the the boot is set PCIE but il check now

I checked in the bios, couldnt see any option to change to boot priority to pcie
