which z87 mobo should I get?

The MSI Z87-G45 Gaming seems to be the new Extreme 4 of the Intel based boards. It packs so many great features into just £120 or $140. The Extreme 4 is, of course, another great board, but for the extra money it most likely isn't worth it. The extra power phases don't really help with overclocking anymore, as long as you have 8 power phases you should be fine, which the MSI board does have. I personally would purchase the MSI, as not only does it offer all the features you need for overclocking and gaming, it also looks the part.
