In the process of debugging problems with my computer, my SSD ended up with a GPT partition on it. I want to change it back to MBR, but none of the tutorials online work..
In the disk management utility, I don't have a 'convert to mbr' option.
Using DISKPART in the command line, I cannot use 'convert mbr', as I get a message "The specified disk is not convertible. CDROMs and DVDs are examples of disks that are not convertable".
It goes without saying that I didn't select my blu ray drive.
Also, when working through the tutorials using the command line, when I try to delete the volume associated with the disk that I want to convert, the DISKPART utility crashes..
I have no idea where to go from here, as I can't seem to find anyone else online who isn't able to do this..
Can anyone help please?
Thanks,
Luke
