I am a BE customers for their 20mb package. However I rarely get above 6mb/s. I have been okay with this for months however recently my internet cuts out about 10-20 times an hour.
The internet will be fine, occasionally slow but mainly good, then suddenly it will just crash and come back in a few seconds.
Does this sound like a, ISP issues, Router, or something else?
Also if I use Ethernet connection via an adapter, would that solve my crashing issue or does Ethernet crash when the router does?
