Online streams lag, everything else works fine

Hello all, I've been searching around for the right mix of keywords on this issue and nothing has come up. I have a self-built PC with a new 300 Mbps wireless card, RoadRunner Turbo service, Intel i7 2.9 gHz chip, SSD, 8gb RAM, and GTX650 video card.

As far as other devices on the network, I have an older laptop, Droid Incredible 4G, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 all sharing the connection with no issues.

My main PC, however, can't seem to stream anything. I've tried Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, and even Speedtest.net. Uploads and downloads work fine, and all other sites I've tried load as quickly as expected. Hitting "refresh" will sometimes spur a slight improvement, but usually not.

To rule out a network issue, I've run both computers side by side and attempted to load the same video on my laptop after my main PC lags. The laptop loads the video with no problems while the main PC remains stuck.

To rule out a wireless card issue, I replaced it. No change. To rule out a graphics card issue, I replaced it as well. Again, no change. All drivers are up to date as well.

Any ideas? I can't think of anything else to check. Thanks!

Yeah, I tried that... Flash player is up to date, MB scan was clean. (Netflix uses Silverlight, btw.)

Could this somehow be a BIOS issue, given the hardware changes I've made?
