Hi. Since creating my home build, I have had no problems with my display until changing sockets the other day. Every component has been benchmarked and is working perfectly. I am getting no signal from my GPU or my mobo integrated graphics and haven't for about a week. I've changed displays, tried HDMI and DVI and neither work. The computer boots up with no beeps and shows no irregularities compared to when it worked.

If suggestions could be made, I'd be happy to reply! Thanks.

Mobo: AsRock Pro4 Z77
GPU: HD Radeon Sapphire 7750
PSU: Corsair Builder series 600W

Ok, I had this same problem. What happened is that your CPU for some reason or other (Did you purchase a after market heat sink cpu cooler?) malfunctioned.

I stupidly didn't purchase another heat sink, despite the fact I have an Ivy Bridge :pfff:
How has it malfunctioned? Is it due to heat?

The heat never seemed a problem, was probably a dud. Considering I bought it off Amazon, shall I take it up with them?

Yeah, I've had it for about 4 months. But 12 month electrical warranty (as standard) and manufacturer warranty? I'll take it up with them anyway, thanks! :D

A socket change meaning the changing what wall output I plugged my PSU into. No parts have been changed and my computer didn't boot first off when I changed my wall output. I had to reset by taking out the battery and putting it back in. It then booted up with the signs we talked about earlier, but I had no video output from then on.
