3770 is unnecessary for gaming, a 3570 would be cheaper at the same performance (Hyper-Threading does nothing in games)

16gb of ram is unnecessary for games. 8gb would suffice.

Neither hurts anything, its just overkill

Lol im not buying a pc i already own a pc i was asking you guys how you like it lol

The 3770k is necessary because im overclocking my pc when my cooler arrives and so is the 16 gb of ram.

Like i said i make a lot of videos for youtube which requires rendering large and long videos for my youtube gaming channel. I make use of my cpu and ram on a daily basis.

When my youtube channel gets bigger i will also be streaming gaming over twitch tv and my 16 gb ram helps tremendously for that.

Thanks :D i didn't want a i5 k when i built my pc because i used to have an i5 i wanted the i7 for the speed i just didn't like the i5 that much....plus i have the money to get top notch stuff....

I pretty much didn't have a budget i had to stick to when i made my pc so i got the nice i7 cpu and the hd 7970 ghz edition by gigabyte :D

I put a lot of hours everyday in using my pc and the fast speed i have when doing everything from rendering my videos the boot up time is perfect and what i wanted.

Well thanks Batman i appreciate the compliment : )

I cannot tell from your video and text, but be sure you have more fans pulling air into your machine than fans pushing air out. The reason why is if you have more fans pushing out air, you will have a partial vacuum in your machine that will do two things, act like a dust magnet, and not cool as well since the air isn't as dense.

I have a intake fan 140 mm on my side panel bringing in air.... you didn't see the intake fan in my video because i had the panel off to film inside.

On Wednesday im getting another 120 mm clear blue led fan, which im swapping out my stock exhaust fan with at the back of the case. The white exhaust fan im swapping out will go in the front of my case and be my second intake.... for a total of 2 intakes and 3 exhaust fans.

Then when i get my cpu cooler in a few months i will get 1 more 120mm blue led clear fan to put above my front intake fan for a total of 3 exhaust fans and 3 intake fans.

I use open hardware monitor and my system is really cool.

So you will end up with 3X120mm exhaust and 2X120mm + 1X140mm intake. Looks good.

Thanks :D yeah i made sure i had a intake fan because like you said i need to bring air in and take it out. This is my first time owning my own custom pc.

I watch a lot of tech and building videos so i can learn how to maintain and build and upgrade my pc.
