So in addition to 400Mhz+ speed difference, there is a little bit of improvement in the 8350 architecture for better performance. For an extra $20 I think it lends itself for getting an 8350. I look at it this way, if you're already spending $179 for a CPU then you might as well spend an additional $20 for the top.
