Need help buying a PSU.

I'm building a budget system for gaming. My system configuration is:
Intel core i3 3210
ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS
4GB DDR3 1600Mhz
1TB WD HDD
I don't have a graphics card now, but planning to buy a 1GB DDR5.

Do I need a 450W PSU? If so which among the following would you recommend?

coolermaster thunder 450w
or
coolermaster GX-450W
