Hello there.

I was just curious about prices. To all you deal hunters out there, your help would be much obliged. I am currently in the process of a return for my old GTX 670 and I want to upgrade to a GTX 770. I was wondering if you could help me out in finding the best deal possible on a GTX 770.

Thank you very much in advance,

Msi lightning and evga acx seem to be the top two. Msi lightning is geared more towards people who want to do huge overclocks, evga acx is more for people who just want good cooling.

I'm also looking to buy a new GTX770. I did some research and I think the MSI 770GTX Lightning is the best deal. It's one of the more expensive models but has a much higher clock and very good cooling. Compared to other OC models this is the best deal you can get. If you want to get one at normal clock I can recommend the MSI GTX 770 TwinFrozr. I have a great exprerience with the TwinFrozr cards (currently running GTX 570 TwinFrozr) so I would go for that one, also looking at the pricing of the different models.

20% more performance at stock clocks. Without any overclocks. Not to mention the superclocked and other factory overclocked editions which offer even more performance that can be increased even further safely. Furthermore, I am not sure who told you that the 680 was a rebadged 670, but they were incorrect.

This one still has a lower clock than the MSI Lightning. The answer wasn't fully correct: the Lightning is not only for people who want to do overclocks: the overclock has already been done. So you get a good-cooled and OC'd card, much better than the EVGA model. Only it is more expensive.

Thanks for your input JCCST. I will consider this before deciding on which model I will purchase. Have a wonderful day/night.
