3570 with a Z77 board - Get the 3570k if you want to OC, otherwise dont get a Z77 board (made for overclocking)
Get 2x4gb RAM for dual channel
Get a good PSU. $29 for a PSU is laughable. Corsair, Seasonic...etc

Okay, i spot a crap ton of things wrong with your build:
1. Your PSU sucks! Get a good brand like seasonic or corsair!
2. You don't need 6 TB for games. a 256 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD is enough to hold plenty of games.
3. Get higher speed ram. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's amazing.
4. Don't cheap out on some components and splurge on others. Bottlenecks will occur.

You should get 8 GBs for now, and get another pair of 8GB modules later so you don't waste money right this moment.
