Here is something you could go with. However keep in mind this does not include the OS.

Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75IA-E53 Mini ITX FM2 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.99 @ Microcenter)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.23 @ Outlet PC)
Case: BitFenix Prodigy (Black) Mini ITX Tower Case ($59.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($54.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD/CD Writer ($27.98 @ Outlet PC)

Thanks, I'll take a look at this build. A built in video card can run the games I asked about?

Yea, with the AMD APU's there integrated GPU's are strong enough to handle the kind of games you play. And possibly moderate settings in some of the top tier graphically games.
