Best Z87 Board for OC, Gaming, Extra Bits

I realize that there are a few other threads on this, but I didn't find anything addressing all the aspects I'm hoping to find in a motherboard, so here we go:

I'm going to be using my board with a single GTX TITAN. I plan on primarily doing gaming, but I will also be doing an overclock on the CPU. I'm concerned about getting latency with a board that has a PLX chip, though I'm not sure to the extent at which said latency will actually impact my system.

I'm hoping to get good sound and wifi out of my motherboard, and have it last a good long time.

I've been looking at either the MSI XPower or the OC Formula/ac as I believe these meet my requirements, but it would be great to hear if I had overlooked any boards; especially any boards that have already been released.

With a single card I'd say you are just fine. Have you also thought of perhaps the GTX780. It's just under the Titan but a tad bit more affordable. Also What about the GD65?

The GD65 looks good, but I would really like to have on-board Wifi if possible.

Honestly, I'm not sure how strong onboard wifi is to begin with you may want to get a cheap usb adapter that does wifi. But if you insist on wifi on a motherboard ASUS would probably be the way to go they've been doing that for a while on there boards well a chunk of them.

Strike that yea the MSI Z87 Power comes with a wifi dealio I'd probably go that route. Plus it comes with a free 8 Gigabyte stick which you could sell off if you didn't need it.

If you plan on only 1 graphics card then perhaps a uATX may serve you well, ASUS makes a couple good ones, the new Gryphon and Maxims VI Gene, the Gene has excellent sound, both will SLI if needed in the future.
