I have a Mitel 5330 IP Phone that I have setup to work at a remote location. I can dial calls and receive calls on the phone, but when I pick up the handset I can't hear anyone on the other side. There is absolutely no sound in the handset. I have read over many Mitel documentation on setting up a remote phone, but non of it has shed light on why I am having this problem. Anyone know how to make this work?

are you routing the traffic over the internet, a point to point or mpls?

mpls would be the way your company communicates with remote locations, it would not be part of the phone system, it would be networking equipment.
