My USB's keep cutting off.

I don't know how else to explain it. I just built my new computer and now when I am trying to play skyrim, the keyboard lags, mouse lags, and my headphones lag. After doing this once every few minutes. The keyboard, mouse, and headphones cut off completely but the game is still running fine. My specs are:
Mobo: gigabyte Z87X UD3H
CPU: i7 4770k
GPU: GeForce 780
PSU: OCZ 850W

When I'm just doing stuff on the Internet and desktop, it still lags everyone in a while but not near as noticible when I am in a game. This makes me think it might be a power issue, but I'm not sure.
