I´d go with at least a 600W PSU, tough it should work with the 550W PSU you picked.

Mind that with 600/550W you should not be able to overclock the CPU -- you might need a 750W for that.

Guru3d.com has 195 watt as max draw for 770. The XFX 550 watt psu is a quality psu and should be able to handle OCing.

I'd take the Phanteks over the DH-14 .... 5 times the warranty, way better appearance and ya can read the thermals here:

However, in both cases, an $80 cooler is a bit mismatched with a $60 case / HD .... not to mention ya saying ya not gonna overclock .... and ya PSU is too small if ya were gonna OC CPU and GPU

Case - How about a $140 case for $70 ?
Corsair 500R is extremely well reviewed ...$140 - $10 newegg discount - $25 MIR - $35 off w/ promo code EMCYTZT3582, ends 6/13

Now add $20 rebate for the PSU and $20 combo discount and ya get a TX650 for $50 !

MoBo - That's an awful expensive MoBo for just 1 PCIE-3.0 slot. Here's a CPU / MoBo combo that gets ya the ability to upgrade to dual GFX cards via PCIE-3 for just $35 more ... also has built in WiFi

i was at the maximum i could spend, i only have like 80$ left, but i wont be leaving my home for a while and i have plenty of games already, plus with the hdmi, i can plug my ps3 into the monitor.
plus it is actually a $110 case, it was on sale.
