So I recently bought: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103961 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565 and I can assure you the CPU and motherboard combo works well, however the fan that came with the CPU doesn't fit the motherboard... or something I just can't seem to get the dang thing on AND it's very loud anyway so I'm looking for a new fan that can fit both, cool them without being... well like a jet engine like the last fan was. I got the computer to work with that fan it just... doesn't fit well and scares me.... like it fell in transport the other day from a lan party.

The stock fan that came with that CPU should fit. You can purchase a 3rd party, your case size will matter but here a few low profile options for you to consider:

ARCTIC Alpine 64 Pro Rev. 2 CPU Cooler - AMD $19

ARCTIC Freezer A30 Extreme CPU Cooler - AMD $29
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186059

Enermax ETS-T40-TB CPU Cooler With T.B.SILENCE PWM Twister Bearing Fan Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD $29

I have 2 4G PNY DDR3 modules... I don't know the exact model because I just bought it at best buy and didn't really care.
