New 7750 radeon and now it won't work

I installed it and added drivers and I could play steam games at good fps. But I wanted to change the resolution and went to the settings in the Catlyst settings. Next thing I know my video card won't work and I am typing this in safe mode with networking

Where did you get the drivers from? If you used the CD that came with the GPU, go to the AMD website and download the lastest drivers and install those.

I downloaded the drivers from AMD.com. I then played some steam games and went into the settings and there went the screen (in the resolution place idk)

Can you REMOVE them from safemode? If so, it should boot into normal mode using the SVGA drivers.

Then you should be able to reinstall.

I am am also really sad becuase this is the first time making a pc into a gaming one and everything went well untill I decided to change some settings. 100 dollars are gone too

Try removing drivers in device manager if possible.

What did you change in the settings? List your other components. Do you have integrated graphics from your CPU? If so, completely remove your GPU or if you have your old GPU install it

And the only settings I changed were just the way it was displayed, if anyone has a radeon card can you take a pic of the settings so i can tell you guys what I did?

Remove your graphics and boot your PC using the integrated graphics. Go in and remove the graphics drivers that you recently downloaded. Then install the GPU again and load the drivers from the CD. Start there.

So, when you remove your GPU and try to boot PC using integrated graphics you still get the green screen tearing?

No that happened when I changed the settings and whenever I boot up with the GPU it is like that and I can only use the computer in safe mode or if I take out the gpu and settle for integrated graphics.

Once again, open your case and take out your graphics card. Restart your PC using the integrated graphics. After the PC comes up, go and remove the CCC controller and delete the drivers you downloaded from AMD website. Then open the case again, reinstall your GPU and put the CD that came with your GPU and run the install.
