temporarily black screen with saphire 7870 ghz edition

The problum is, whenever i start my computer it starts with black screen (i.e. i can hear computer booting beep, windows starting tune etc but nothing on monitor)..than i let the computer run for few minutes..and than restart it...the problum is solved.. but its irritating and suffocating :(::(
plz help me what should i do?

my rig config is
i5-3570k (not oc-ed)
saphire radeon hd 7870 ghz edition dual X
gigabyte ga-b75m-b3h (that confirms why i didnt oc-ed :))
corsair vangence 2x4gb
corsair TX650 watts power supply

monitor- AOC i2353ph/fh

RMA your card. The problem you mention was known problem to early batch of Saphire 7870. I think Saphire already fixed the problem for later batch though. Maybe the one you get was one from the earlier batch.

Actually the problem originated from AMD pcb design for 7870 but amd already roll the fix before 7870 officially launch so it's board partner could apply the fix. AFAIK the prolem has 50/50 chance to happen if the fix are not applied. So since there a chance the problem wont happen at all maybe Sapphire did not recall their first batch and decides to handle RMA of affected unit accordingly
